Now, as the holidays draw near, our hearts turn toward Christmas—a time to share warmth, joy, and the love of Christ with children who have known far too much struggle and far too little celebration. For many of them, this will be the only gift they receive all year.

On one of these visits, while bringing supplies to a nearby family, we came across a household that broke our hearts. The children were neglected, their clothes soiled, their diapers long unchanged.

For many children, happiness isn’t a choice. It’s a thin piece of fabric against cold rooms, empty fridges, and long walks to schools that don’t always welcome them.

We are so excited to share a heartwarming update with you. Debby Gass, our CEO, and her friend Rebecca, have just returned from their visit to our headquarters in Timișoara, Romania. It was a deeply meaningful trip. The reunion with Debby, Mariana, Francisc, and our dedicated team was filled with hugs, emotion, and powerful moments of reconnection.

Over their time together, they visited the families we serve, hosted conversations inside our center, and traveled to the rural villages where our team brings monthly support.

We are thrilled to announce that preparations for our summer camp in Călacea are in full swing! The facility has a spacious yard for outdoor activities and plenty of room to accommodate 40 children and staff members.
