Thanks to your generosity, 201 children will be receiving backpacks, clothing, and school supplies to begin this new school year with dignity and joy. We’ve spent the last few weeks visiting homes, delivering these essentials, and seeing firsthand the impact of your love and support.
On one of these visits, while bringing supplies to a nearby family, we came across a household that broke our hearts. The children were neglected, their clothes soiled, their diapers long unchanged. They hadn’t bathed in months, and the smell of suffering filled the air. The father was trapped in alcoholism, and the grandmother tried to help as much as she could, but the family barely had a roof over their heads.
At first, they did not want us to come inside. But over the next several weeks, as we gently returned, their hearts began to open. Finally, they allowed us to visit and bring medical care, food, and the supplies they so desperately needed.
Today, we have hope for them. These children, once hidden in neglect and despair, now know they are not forgotten. With regular visits and continued support, we can begin to rebuild their lives—step by step, one act of love at a time.

• $55/month provides a package of food, clothing, medicine, and essentials for a child or family in crisis
